Terms

1. These terms

They cover this website, the scorecard, and any work we agree to do for you. If we sign a separate project agreement, that agreement wins if the two clash. BackAI is the service. You are the person or company using the site or hiring us.

2. The site and the scorecard

The scorecard is a guide, not a diagnosis and not a contract. You give us a real email and phone if you want the result. Don’t use the site to break the law or to scrape it. We can change or take down pages without notice.

3. Paid work

Custom work starts only when we both agree scope, price, and timing, in writing (email is enough). We build a system that follows how you already work, in the tools you already use, unless we agree otherwise.

You give us truthful access and a person who can decide. We don’t promise a headcount number, a revenue number, or that a model will never be wrong. A human stays on the last step where we said they would.

4. Who owns what

You already own how you work. After you’ve paid for a project, you own the system we built for you: code, prompts, and configs we delivered. We keep the right to reuse our general methods, templates, and know-how on other work, as long as your secrets stay yours. Our name and site stay ours.

5. Paying and stopping

Invoices are due as written in the quote. Late payment can pause the work. Either of us can stop a project with written notice as agreed in the quote; you pay for work already done. The scorecard is free. There is no monthly “platform fee” unless we put one in the quote.

6. Confidentiality

We treat your methods, data, and customers as confidential. You do the same with anything we share that isn’t already public. We can sign an NDA before a call if you want one.

7. If something goes wrong

Software and models make mistakes. We are not liable for lost profit, lost data, or a decision you made after using the system. If we are liable at all, it is limited to the fees you paid us for that project in the last three months. This doesn’t limit anything the law says we can’t limit.

8. Law

These terms follow the laws of India. Disputes go to the courts in Bengaluru, unless we both agree something else. If one sentence fails, the rest still holds.
