1. Who we are

BackAI (“we”) builds systems that run the way your best people already work. We are based in Bengaluru. Questions: hello@backai.dev.

2. What we collect

Only what we need to do the job:

• Scorecard. Email, phone, and your answers / score when you ask to see the result.
• Contact / book a call. Name, email, and whatever you write in the message.
• A paid project. What we need to build: how you work, access to the tools you already use, and files you send us. We don’t take more access than the job requires.
• Site basics. Pages visited and device type (analytics). Ad click tags if you arrived from an ad.

3. Why we use it

To send your score, reply to you, book a call, and if you hire us, to build and support the system. We do not sell your details. We do not rent lists. We do not use your methods, documents, or code to train public AI models.

4. Who else sees it

Tools that help us run the site: form storage, email, analytics, hosting. They only get what they need. If we ever have to share something because the law requires it, we do the minimum.

5. How long we keep it

Scorecard and enquiry details while we might reasonably need to follow up, then we delete them. Project material lasts as long as the work, and after, only as long as we’re required to keep records or you’ve asked us to keep a copy.

6. Your choices

Ask us for a copy, a correction, or a delete: hello@backai.dev. You can also stop emails the same way. Don’t send us information you don’t want stored.
